Sorting shapes, colors, letters and making sequences
Remember those All-in-one colors, shapes & letters he got in his advent calendar? Well here he is actually playing with them.
First I asked for all the letters, one after the other, he recognizes them but doesn’t know there is an order.

As he was getting them we placed them in order, in 3 rows as shown here. See the nice sequences?
Then we named shapes and said what colors they were.
I love this game because it’s so compact and it covers so many things at once. You can choose to do what you want as well, you can do just one if you are short on time or you can do them all. You can talk about it the way you want or have the child do the talking. You can even have their eyes closed and have them guess the letters or shapes for the older kids, lots of possibilities
If you do this, we’d LOVE to see a photo of it. Email it to us or post it on our Facebook page. We’d love to do a Facebook album, a Pinterest board and a page of your creations
