Golf tees & playdough math
This is an extension of a post I have done before called “Golf tees numbers & colors game“. The original is working great for Nico at the moment but he will be getting older and I figure I better do it now before I forget this idea, lol.
All I did is add operations signs really. The equal (=), minus (-), division (÷) and plus/multiplication (+, x, use the same just turn the tee a little). You can also add numbers/colors, of course, for older kids.
Here are a few options on how to play with it:
You could also do all numbers or all colors.
One more option that is not math but color fun, you can also do color mixing, example: yellow tee + red tee = orange tee. You can tell the answer for younger ones and have the older child choose the right color.
If you do this, we’d LOVE to see a photo of it. Email it
to us or post it on our Facebook page. We’d love to do a Facebook album, a Pinterest board and a page of your creations
If you like what you see, follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with what we’re up to!
