Bilingual playroom labels

playroom labels collageSince we moved, Nico seems lost when I ask him to put toys away. Before he knew what went where but here he just flat out refuses to pick up, but he will if  we help and tell him where it goes, so I figured lets make him labels! He can’t read yet so I put a little drawing that matches the words, something he associates to each category, normally something he owns (IE: food label is a burger which he likes to make and serve us). He also helped me choose the drawings for many of them. I still put the words so he can use them as sight words and of course they are bilingual since we are. I did them using picmonkey.com and the drawings are from clker.com since they are free to use. I have put them all in a .pdf for you, 1 per page so you can print the ones you want and the size you’d like.

Here is the list of them all:
Animals
Blocks
Books
Cars
Construction
Costumes
Crayons
Dinosaurs
Doctor
Emergency vehicles
Farm
Fire trucks
Food
Games
Music
Paper
Planes
Plush
Puzzles
Rocks
Small toys
Tools
Trains
Trucks

If you do this, we’d LOVE to see a photo of it. Email it to us or post it on our Facebook page. We’d love to do a Facebook album, a Pinterest board and a page of your creations :)
