Cornstarch clay hearts pin

Cornstarch clay hearts pin

In yesterday’s post we shared our Valentine’s Day cornstarch clay decorations, but we also did something else with those. You may have noticed in one of the pics Nico was cutting a smaller heart in the middle of a big one? Those were clearly too small to hang but I didn’t want to throw them out, so I got a little broach pin (AFFILIATE LINK), some tacky glue, (you could also use a glue gun) put some glue on the pin and placed the 2 little hearts on it. I held it for 5 minutes then put it upside down on the table to finish drying. That’s it, it was that simple :)
What do you think? Like it?

If you do this, we’d LOVE to see a photo of it. Email it to us or post it on our Facebook page. Don’t forget to also follow us on Pinterest and our “Around the World in 12 Dishes” series also has its own Pinterest boards for each country. We’d love to do a Facebook album, a Pinterest board and a page of your creations :)
